I have gotten the paper voters card, but I need the PVC - how do I get the PVC not the one from CVR..

it work perfectly, I wish INEC can upgrade so we can do transfer online and vote online by 2019.

In some months time, INEC will send out their ad-hoc staff to start voters card registration. It might start by the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.

It has been on going for more than a year now.

This is very good it will checkmate and expose those inec staff selling people's PVC.
