At this stage federal government should organise a retreat for all governors so that those who know what to do can lecture the laggards amongst them on how to govern a state.

I am very sure if it were possible to shuffle governors around, performers will still shine even in those states that hitherto cap in hand just waiting for federal allocations. One more reason for restructure..
Some people just assumed power not having a blue print of what they want to do for the people. There are lots of them since they became governor they have not done a single project just collecting tax payers money as salary.

That's lovely "hand shake" meaning awareness will be done massively, bus have to keep trash cans in their cab, most dirt are ditched out of public buses, especially plastic bottles and gala,
Will they still lookout for offenders at night
Will they stop those people sharing handbills for unrealistic jobs

Bro, I patronize local merchants and producers very well. For example, from 2012 till today, all my footwears have been produced and locally sourced. I only bought a pair of foreign sport slippers in 2014.

However, the problem with Innoson is that there is no regulatory body certifying his products fit. Also, in cases of factory defects, no room for recall. Innoson has no maintenance workshop in Nigeria's largest cities for his vehicles or you expect me to go to Nnewi to buy side mirror?
