These days people now get married to people from different ethnic group from theirs with out to much problems. its wasnt like this in Nigeria b4 and i wanna know the reason, was it that the older generations were bigots or was it to protece tradition and culture? and why should that be important to them than living in unity despite differences?

E.g. I'm from Delta/Ondo state, my fiance is from Kogi state. Met him doing Nysc some years ago. We getting married this year.

Anything that rocks their boat, people like me still prefer marrying from their tribe, its a lot less stressful.

Una need,to see my mama face,as i tell her say my fiance na from borno......,my fellow igbo brothers understand wetin i dey pass through right now.But i don make my mind she no fit change my mind,cause no be she dey marry na my decision.
