You are probably not absorbing enough nutrients, you may want to clean up your gastrointestinal walls to increase absorption. Another issue may be that you have hormonal issues, what you are actually looking out for is to increase your growth hormones. Basically, you should be targeting your testosterone levels. So I recommend burst exercise and weight training combined with a high protein diet, (You want to build muscle mass than fat tissues). You don't have to do 1 hour exercise so that the wrong hormone (cortisol) doesn't linger too much in your blood streams. For exercises I recommend starting with press ups and squats. You don't have to do exercise everyday, space yourself, twice/thrice a week if you have the time. Give your body tissues time to heal and build up. You might want to eat lots of bananas immediately after your exercise, then eat plenty of protein rich food, make sure your afternoon meals are heavy like yams and sweet potatoes, and walnuts should also be a welcome snack in your diet. Sleep more, growth hormones like testosterone are produced mostly during sleep, so you may want to sleep earlier in order to sleep longer at night or try many napping in the afternoons. Have some whey proteins/milkshake before you exercise, or have as many milkshakes as you ca n within the day. Do more in-depth research on this you will be amazed how much info you find. Include some high quality supplements like L-arginine. L-arginine helps to boost human growth hormones and has many other benefits like balancing hormones and increasing blood flow to various parts of the body. |
