When you stop just to admire the quality and workmanship of the road you are driving on.

2 very thick asphalt layers on top of stone base., you only see this in Osun state.

This is why they call Aregbe's roads o'na baba o'na - kING OF ALL ROADS

No wonder Aregbe is lean like that (like bonga fish) lol. The guy is a workaholic. He is not into embezzling public funds.

See Wike Belle, see 50,000KM road. grin grin grin grin grin
If someone like Aregbe can lay hands on Rivers state, Akwa Ibom or Delta State revenue allocation, Osun will be competing favorably with Dubai...

Delta owes N331.95 billion

Osun owe N165.91 billion

https://guardian.ng/news/lagos-osun-delta-akwa-ibom-lead-states-n3-4tr-debt-profile/

From the allocation details, you posted Delta state collected N95 billion while Osun collected just N19 billion, that's 5 times larger than what Osun collected and today Delta owes N331.95 billion while Osun owe N165.91 billion, Delta's debt is 2 x larger than Osun's debt, but there is nothing on the ground in Delta state in form of projects and government services while Osun is overflowing with projects everywhere.

Money can not buy credible and competent leadership.

What of Akwa Ibom or Bayelsa state? Aregbesola has tried with the little allocation from center.

Akwa ibom with just 5 million people is still the richest state in Nigeria in terms of cash/allocations and derivations, their budget in 2017 was N365 billion, 3 times Anambra's meager budget and almost twice Osun's budget and their budget for 2018 is N651 billion, that's almost 4 times larger than Osun's budget and 6 times larger than Anambra's budget.

During Fashola's time as the governor of Lagos state, Akwa Ibom's budgets were the largest in Nigeria, sometimes almost N200 billion larger than Lagos with 20 million people, but Fashola delivered countless projects than Akwa ibom many times over and Argbesola in Osun with smaller allocations and 3-4 times less budgets delivered more projects than the whole of SS and SE combined.

Aregbe is practically displaying his capacity to transform his state even to Dubai level, well, maybe not like Dubai, but greatly in that direction, just give Aregbe Ambode's budget or Delta and Akwa Ibom's budget and see how quickly he gets close to Dubai..

Osun which is practically a rural area is the 3rd most indebted state in Nigeria. But the state has one of the least IGR in Nigeria. I ashamed to come from Osun state. The below was as at 2016. The current debt status of Osun is at 270billion.

The Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) says that the debt burden of the 36 states of the federation rose to over N3.342 trillion as of 2016.

Lagos, Delta, Osun and Akwa Ibom topped the debt chart, with a total debt profile of N1.262 trillion representing about 38% of debts owed by the 36 states of the federation.

The break down shows that Lagos was indebted to the tune of N603.25 billion, Delta, N331.95 billion, while Osun and Akwa Ibom are owing N165.91 billion and N161.23 billion respectively.

This information was contained in the third edition of NEITI Quarterly Review, summarised in a statement by Ogbonnaya Orji, NEITI director of information.

The publication with facts and data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Office of the Accountant General of the Federation, FAAC and Debt Management Office (DMO), is consistent with the mandate of NEITI on monitoring of fiscal allocation and statutory disbursement of revenues due to the three tiers of government.

NEITI’s legitimate interest in the debt profiles, revenue generation and management in Nigeria is as a result of the fact that over 70 percent of the revenues involved are derived from the extractive industry.

The review shows that Yobe and Anambra states have the least debt burden of N11.74 billion and N20.60 billion respectively as at the end of 2016.

The NEITI publication also expressed concern that the total indebtedness of N3.342 trillion by the 36 states represented 55.15 percent of the 2016 budget of N6.06 trillion and 45.8 per cent of the 2017 budget estimates of about N7.3 trillion.

Okay.

And so what if it is one of the most indebted states?

What do you understand by this status?

Going by his ignorant and ridiculous post, he obviously understands nothing?

His village is also in debt, they collect taxes and allocations, but still nothing to show, I don't even remember the last time his village commissioned anything.

Btw, the clown is a double ID ipob coward and impersonator.
