You didn't answer my questions o.. So i would re-post my issue again; ..

Urgent answer needed please (bit lengthy-post)

Good eve guys, i submitted my application at lagos (vfs) on april 13th, 2018.. Instructed to do medicals on; may 5th... Did my medicals on May 7th... Passed my medicals a week after, thus, i didnt receive any further notifications until i had to track it online / link it to my email...
(Note: My application is being processed at Nairobi, Kenya)
And up till now, i'm still seeing final notification... I can say its over a month now; i've been waiting ever since i passed my medicals, and i heard it wasn't suppose to take over 2 weeks maximum..

Also, its been 9 weeks plus in general now.

So my question is;

1) Is there any prescribed email / phone no. for kenya embassy where i can write to make my complaints??.. If any, please i would appreciate.

2) I hope i won't look desperate by writing them, even as my session begins by september 5th.

3) What could be causing such delay now Because the restless - stress isn't just a funny thing jor. Habah.. Shuooo..

Thanks in advance for your reply / replies.

Hello,
1. You can send a case specific email to nnrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca for update. Also, you can make use of the web form to send a case specific email; http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp?_ga=2.146488819.611153655.1529209880-204023929.1523765247
How did you know that your application is being processed in nairobi?

2. I don't think it shows desperation when your application has passed the normal processing times which is 9weeks.

3. No one can tell you why your application is taking time after getting a medical request, you can only keep praying and hope for the best.
CIC are very unpredictable btw I got medical request 7weeks ago and no update since then.

It will end in praise brother, just keep yourself busy in the meantime.

So sad to announce my TRV refusal. I applied Apr 13th and got a refusal June 20th on the ground of 'Purpose of visit'.
However, I have applied for my gcms note for review before reapplying.
Will be grateful if anyone would volunteer to assist review my SOP before reapplying in July.

I received a Medical request on the 8th of June, 2018. Afterwards, i did my Medicals on the 11th and the Hospital confirmed they sent my report. But on my portal no update so far on the medical status. It is still showing that they have requested a Medical. Is the status on medical not supposed to have been updated by now?
the same thing happened to me. don't just wait for it to be updated. first, call the hospital to be sure your medical report was sent, then ask them for a proof of submission.
Then send a case-specific enquiry with your proof of submission and datapage of your passport attached.
I did my medicals on may the 28th, and the hospital somehow didn't upload the results until I followed up.

Document over load sef can lead to rejection. There is no certain pattern with these guys.

My brother's first two applications contained a lot of documents yet denials, the third attempt that was finally approved had just the barest minimum. Its that God factor that matters

Hello house,

I plan submitting my visa application next week. I have paid my first semester fees (~$13,000CAD of total payable tuition of ~$26,000CAD, course complete-able in one to two years). My sponsor made payment directly from his account.

Although his personal account balance is around N4m while his company account about N20m, he can’t afford to transfer my $10,000CAD living expenses to me now. Instead he want to raise a post dated Cheque of N3,000,000 to be submitted alongside other financial documents.

I’d love to hear the house opinion on this.

Patiently waiting wink

I don't think the cheque will be accepted, but the good news is that he has paid your tuition fee. Let him write in his letter of support that he has paid your tuition fee and will transfer the living expenses to you later. You also need to state it in your SOP that he has paid your tuition. He needs to show his proof of funds(business or any other way he makes his money).
NB:Make sure you submit your own SOA as well(no matter how small the money in it is). Best of luck

I was honestly going to leave out my own SOA. I’d take this as the lord speaking. Lol

Someone mentioned to me that Digital SOA are not signed and stamped and so are not accepted for Visa application. How true is this?

I intend to use the digital copy instead of the hard paper copy as my account is very busy. I’m sure my 1 year Statement account won’t have less than 1,000 transactions (I don’t know how many pages that will be and how I’d compress it into a legible scan).

Many thanks.
