He is acting a movie written n directed by Kingsley moghalu. He doesn't have the clout n political knowledge to win election yet but is good he is announcing himself, but he should avoid lie n propaganda just like I watched him say on life TV that ugwuanyi has not constructed a single road in nsukka zone n checks made proved that to be lie.

Is nsukka de only place u know in Enugu .. all those things dat u see in Enugu city and oda parts are done by Sullivan. Gburu gburu is only working in nsukka..
De last tym he came to new market nobody even went to see him. De traders and keke riders were just busy doing dia job while touts and primary school students surrounded him. Trust me enter De city of Enugu and ask around u would see dat few people fancy gburu gburu.. and also talking of light de street light done 4 us by oga Sullivan is now malfunctioning de gburu gburu no wan repair or maintain am.
True all you said, gburu gburu (Ugwuanyi) has total forgotten Enugu town, he just recently started repairing/replacing faulty and dilapidated street lights and tarring some streets in ogui and environ. Probably pretence in preparation of 2019.

The party he join does not have a chance of winning a enugu state, except they vote for his personality which I don't think they will
