Please i need someone to tell me whats happening? I wanted to use my naira debit gtb mastercard to buy something in yahoo site but it declined. To my surprised N145 has been deducted in my account in which nothing  as been bought. I went to the customer care GTB UNAAB Branch and they told me that YAHOO had deducted it from my account  as a charge. My surprise GTB issued the mastercard on behalf of MASTERCARD INC. so they are the one deducted the charge. Some one should please enlighten me on this stuff.
