Nnewi North is a one town local government, but are made up of FOUR QUARTERS, namely OTOLO, URUAGU, UMUDIM and NNEWICHI. They rotate the slot for the State House of Assembly among the four quarters. The current House member representing Nnewi North is from Umudim quarter, so come 2019 it will be the turn of Nnewichi. No two ways about that.
