Just wondering, If I(as a believer) can't accept my lover's past and ask for a break up, must I be considered an unbeliever and a bad person?

Not a bad person, but maybe a bit judgmental. You're entitled to be selective about who you keep in your life though, so don't feel bad about being picky. But do keep in mind that, the you of today is probably not the you of yesterday. Have you changed as a person? Are you still the same person from a few years ago? Probably not. Apply the same logic when dealing with other people, but only with certain situations that you're comfortable with. You're not Christ, therefore, nobody should expect you to forgive the unforgivable. Only you know what your deal breakers are. If what this person did is a deal breaker for you, then move on with a clear conscience, you don't owe them a pardon.

Change is constant. I mean you probably have matured too, compared to perhaps a year ago or whenever. Some mistakes people make because they're still immature, as could be the case with the someone in your life.
