Creativity is often confined to unethical industry: Online scams, Ponzi schemes, prostitution, outright stealing and exam malpractice.

The government has its role but family, religious institutions and the youth must forge the right culture of creativity and hard work.

The government is not interested in overtaxing them. Any governor that tries that loses favour with the people.
Remember the focus now isn't IGR but job opportunities and means of livelihood for the people.
