K what's your view on feminism

I grew up around feminists .....I was raised by feminists but the confused feminism existing currently in Nigeria is an insult to the core values of the cause. I am fortunate I suppose in that I have experienced life outside this country in a lot of aspects so it’s not difficult for me to be pragmatic about a lot of things. I do not go around demanding respect nor do I shy away from financial responsibility or refuse to do house chores because I am a woman and a feminist. I approach that on a very basic principle of ability what is he good at that I am not and vice versa.
And this creates balance not confrontation.

Nigeria unlike other African countries struggles to adapt Western ideologies because of it’s inability to filter. The counyry adopts but never adapts instead there is complete distortion with chaos resulting. What does not help is putting religion where it’s not applicable.

Hope this gives a brief overview on where I stand?
