Assalamualaikum, Am a computer science diploma graduate, but now I intend pursuing a career in Islamic studies, my challenges are, have never done any Islamic course or subject in school before, even in my WAEC, but I can read the Arabic language and fluent in reciting the Qur'an, what is your advice please, do you think I still have the chance?

Yes, you can make it. You can pursue a career in Islamic Studies easily overseas or online via www.islamiconlineuniversity.com. But if you are looking at pursuing your career in Islamic Studies by studying in Nigerian universities or any higher institutions of learning in the country, you may have to sit for another WAEC as you are required to have a minimum of credit in Islamic Studies or Arabic Language as one of the prerequisites to be secure admission into Nigerian university.
