I am well aware that psychotherapy is not a cure ( For everyone) but it is a recognised treatment which is not the same as a cure . Gender dysphoria is what it was reclassified to from Gender Disorder it is in the DSM and in the the ICD 10 as well which classifies it as a mental illness

. Interesting story. I wouldn't term any guy that sleeps with a tranny as gay sha cos there're so many beautiful transsexuals out there who one wouldn't even know are until they hit the bedroom,just like you said. But by that time,the hormones would have already taken over and you're like 'let me just try it,what's the worst that could happen?' . Trust me there're a lot of crazy stories out there . It's only Nigerian and mostly black transsexuals that I've seen are ugly/unattractive and I really don't know why.

If you prefer beauty over authenticity, that's your preference I guess. Different strokes for different folks.

When they first start their transition, they don't look really good. But as they get more feminizing surgery, especially from a great surgeon, they end up looking very good.Most trannies don't want to bring unnecessary scrutiny and attention to themselves because of hate crimes. They just want to look as natural and beautiful as possible.
