Oga, Galadima is a Hausa/Fulani name for someone who administers a state or capital.

If we lined 11 female fulanis against France am sure it wouldn't have been an embarrassment.

eyinjuege:

Is Galadima a Fulani name?

Its definitely a name of northern extraction, but i doubt its Fulani. Don't forget that there are other ethnicities in the north other than Fulani.
I have nothing against the Fulani people btw, just trying to make clarifications.

To hang a dog just give it a bad name.

Sai Galadima!
He's a fulani athlete making Nigeria proud not a fulani terrorist undecided

You are absolutely right....Not those useless Shekau, Kanu and Oyenusi who tarnish the image of Nigeria.

This always baffles me why able bodied Nigerians don't even smell gold in any Olympic, but disables keep wining golds
Amusan won gold earlier today in the women's 100m hurdles final.

Hausa are different from Fulanis. Because majority of others lump them together doesn't mean they are same. Physically and even culturally.
Fulanis call themselves Fulani.
In your initial post, you didn't even group them together as Hausa/Fulani but you specifically called him Fulani.
I know a Galadima family who are not Fulani or even Hausa, but are from Southern Kaduna.
I'm not sure what you mean by your last statement about France and Fulani.

Good to finally see a hausa/Fulani excel in a para sport.

I have always been wondering when they will do us proud in disability sports since they have the highest number of disables in Nigeria.
