MotorGuru:2006 Highlander- Radiator dries out as coolant moves to reservoir and does not return. Reservoir fills and overthrow as it's not returning to radiator. My mech says it's not water-pump, might be radiator cover or another thing. What could be the issue please? |

I had compared the weight 1800kg I don't think is much different from the picnic 05 and previa. Pls i want to buy the 2.7 engine type but am hearing is underpowered when is full passengers. let me understand what they meant by underpowered: is it that won't run fast or what? |

Please house, I would like to raise my Nissan Almera Tino's ground clearance and the mechanic said I can either buy bigger tyre, or he can help me increase the height kazeem style (which is cheaper according to him). What are the pros and cons of these different methods, and which option should I go for? My present tire is 195/65R15 |

mimini:ABUJA number plate is more respected (you don't know who's the owner and the power he can wield) some security operatives knows this. It's also cheaper than Lagos number plate to acquire and equally less cumbersome to acquire. Folks also find it easier to sell off cars with ABUJA number plate cos they believe folks living in ABUJA do not stress their cars much due to smoother roads and maintain their cars better cos of higher income. For a corolla, ABUJA number plate should be around 35,000-40,000. Go to Mabushi office of VIO and meet the VIO officers personally assigned to do such. Do NOT patronize touts hanging outside or inside the premises and hustling you to do biz with them, otherwise you may have yourself to blame. |

Hello house, my 2007 RAV4 did not activate when I put it to drive drive, it got hooked while on motion, was advised to allow it to cool down, which I did, then it worked, managed it home, and since then am scared to take it out. Putting on reverse works well, what could be the solution? |

mimini: Please I need to make some enquiries about the 09 corolla model because that's my preferred car. If you bought new, how much is the likely cost and if any referrals I would also appreciate. Am thinking of going for it by next week, though someone was trying to discourage me that it has factory AC issues. Waiting for your response please |

Hello, I have Nissan Altima V6 3.5L, am excited about it and would love to make the most of it. Cars works very fine without issues at all. I've been reading about Nissan CVT transmission issues and now am worried about how to get the best out of my car and take perfect care of it. I would like to know about how best to take care of my transmission so it doesn't fail. Is there an actual and competent CVT (Nissan) auto workshop I can take it to where they can take a look at it and let me know when to prepare for fluid change. What early signs about CVT failure to look out for. Thanks. |

I have not heard anyone that use that same model complain of factory AC issues. It's 2.65 million. The other cars that came with mine are 2010 and 2011 corolla which goes for 2.75 and 3.15 respectively. I think they are still available. |

Good morning, I jus changed my radiator from single to a new double cell due to leakage from the single cell radiator. Thermostat is still intact and single fan inclusive(not connected directly) After driving the car on Saturday, Sunday morning I checked the water level in the radiator and saw the water is low, so I opened the coolant plastic and saw that the water there has overfilled more than the FULL level its meant to attain, which means that the excess of the water in the coolant plastic is meant to go back into the radiator when engine is cool and it didn't. Does that mean the car would likely overheat. Would love to hear your advise pls....When I called the mech, he said I would need to remove thermostat and connect far directly which am against. The car is a year old and it's a corolla 05 model..would love your inputs so as to take necessary precaution against the unforseen. |
