Go to Insurance School and go and do 5 years Insurance Apprentiship with IGi or LeadWay or Nicon then talk to HNIs (High Networth Individuals) for 10 Billion Naira Capital base and connection to Oil Coys for Oil and Gas Insurance contracts.
