yes its perfectly normal to have one pull per 1000 due to mismanagement but to have 50ready to pull cars out of 200 is above the standard and acceptable deviation.

I can assure u, anyone that saw that car must have been very shocked cos it's a Mercedes fcol.....

if I saw this I must come out of my car to ask the owner what happened!!

when they describe the road for u, then u can compare with the bad road u passed. people in the south east (I speak for my area of expertise), when buying a Honda car (mostly accord) TOKS, also purchase spare ball joints.... at least 4. when I had my first pull(see as the thing be like when woman dey talk say, when I had my first child), I got to learn that most accord users in owerri axis have like 4 ball joints in their boot and for every service /tune up, they swap them.... Good or Bad.... twas more like a routine service
