Well since Trump has pulled out of the deal, they would start building nuclear weapons again. The Iran Nuclear Deal was signed so that Iran would stop it's building of Nuclear weapons and in return, sanctions would be lifted. Even with sanctions they were building Nuclear Weapons that it reached to a point where they were almost done.. so the deal had to be made.

Iran is unique. Its a predominantly Shi'a moslem state. The rest of the moslem world are predominantly Sunni, and we all know there's a huge rift between the two factions.
