Seriously, if tekno didn't get copyright before releasing that song then it's totally wrong. When I first heard the song I was like "mad melon and mountain black go don chop small money". This is a wake up call for COSON. How can you lift beat and lyrics from a song and not give credit to the original owner?

When I first heard the song, I thought Tekno must have got permission from them before releasing his.
It's quite unfortunate if Tekno thought he could get away from stealing other artist's intellectual property.

let me say they were once a musician mountain black and mad melon with a popular album "danfo driver" (true life story) which i later heard that they were involue in a robbery which they were later kill..people with rumor

i just listened to the song now and confirmed that Tekno ought to have contacted them.

Tekno fall hand oo , after Original hits like Rara,Folake etc.


This one is clear copy cat, not like Victor Uwaifo /Simi / Jaywon ..Joromi.

Oga that's not intellectual property. Did you listen to Simi' s Jerome? And Sir Victor's own? Do they sound alike to start with? In any clime sir Victor don't have a good case, he can't certainly win, he will only end up ridicule himself. He should have sue and embarrass himself. Anyone can use the same title of your song. Except it has a trademark. Even in USA people use the same title that is a sane clime. So talk another thing.
