I have not seen what the false claim is. It was a payment for legal expenses to company lawyer.
I get a per diem when I travel out of station, I submit extra expenses for reimbursements incurred above the per diem as long as its not for stuff like alcohol.

Since when did paying for silence become a crime? According to her lawyer this was a Contractual Settlement not a hush. Hush payments are for concealing a crime.
