No,I downloaded it from their site. If your details are correct,you should be able to download the invitation letter too.If you are sure of your details and couldn't download the invitation letter then contact them via mail or phone number (SSE their site for the contacts)

Use your application as it appears on the acknowledgement form(NFS-2018-...) with the hypen.

I dont know why somebody would apply for something and not have a copy of his/her slip, even if you cant print it, you can screen grab or even snap the page for reference purpose.
