I still dont believe that that boy is not two years old. Just because the size of his head is gigantic does not mean he's a man. Take George Lopez for an example.

That is definitely a toddler not an adult, it is definitely the habit that aged him into a 40 something year old. This made me fear the effects of smoking the more, smokers should take note of this and be careful. This habit isn't a funny one at all. I have never smoked in my life but I like the sophisticated look smoking gives. I never really liked the idea of taking in smoke into my body and see it as one burning oneself up but I really have nothing against smokers. It's a kind of sophistication to me too that I can't even place and define, I just like that "alive and free" look that a smoker depicts.
     I am only fearing for the effects which this toddler made me see clearly here honestly. People who are very much into it should begin to cut down on it abeg, you can go mildly on it. A fifty something year old neighbour smoker now has a heart/lung disease, has vericose veins all over him and coughs heart-wrenching cough all day long. This is no funny habit at all.

In my opinion, the parents of this toddler are the world most irresponsible and careless parent, they got him addicted, have no control over him and are now seeking help to control him. How can you give a 2 year old such control? They did no parenting at all in allowing him pick that habit and helping him maintain it to 4o cigarettes a day, who was giving him the No 2 to number 20 to number 40 cigarettes? His parents. I hope they get help and make him stop cos he is just too young for that, see how it aged him?
