China is a nation of people that has existed for 3000 years. As per, one leader system over all of them. They were never democratic.

Nigeria as a Nation with ONE leader over all our different cultural groups has existed for 100 years. 50 before Independence, 50 after.
-
All developed nations have existed for longer. 400, 500, 5000 years.

So we are still learning work.

My brother stop deceiving yourself! It took Japan only fifty years to become world power after independence from China.

Africa has many tribal people
We were humbly minding our business in our different tribes until Oyibos came to bundle us together and forced us to form nations.

Now Nigeria has up to 600 languages and dialects. How can it work?

If I force British (English), French, German, Dutch (only 4 languages) to form one country, can it work?

Ordinary EU, Britain is running out with their English because they don't want to learn another persons language.

The whole of China has maybe only 2 languages. Finish

So understand what Africa is before you feel bad.

So did the oyibo force us to remain together or stop us from reversing their actions? Abeg say sensible things not gibberish.

We have built this in my village for long. China is a leaner.
.
See lie! Even in your English, you are still learning because “Leaner“ in your comment is the comparative of the word “Lean“ which means thin or slim. Perhaps you were trying to type the word “LEARNER“ of which you are yourself.

I was told that Gov. Ayodele Fayose built something similar to this in Ekiti state and that it was commissioned yesterday by Dr. Ebele Goodluck Jonathan. How true is this?

2050 is a mirage. I still remember in the 90s, Nigerian politicians then where screaming vision 2020 as the time when Nigeria will become a paradise on Earth, they thought that 2020 was so far to come by so they kept shouting vision 2020 mantra as a time buying strategy to keep fooling the eternally gullible Nigerians.

This is 2018, just 2 more years to 2020 with no paradise insight except for accelerated backwardness.

The honest answer is this "Never"
you are right

Cable stay for a suspension bridge. You can see the pylons through the clouds. Nothing big here.

The Federal government is responsible for the lack of engineering capacity in this country. Other nations developed though national tasking in their greatest time of developmental needs. We just pump oil or borrow money, give to Julius Berger, collect kick backs and leave indigenous capability to rot. If you aim to haul fifty bags of maize into your storehouse you can either choose to go the painful route of developing your muscles and stamina or the easier route of hiring men or machines to do it for you. It is a personal choice. Nigeria has chosen not to develop. That is why we call for restructuring.

Today the Chinese are buildimg our rails and we hail it as a natiinal achievement. What is a rail line. Earthworks, culverts, bridges, gravel packing, steel sleepers and rails. What is so difficult in that if Ajaokuta is functional. We have iron ore, Dangote produces cement and we have hundreds of quarries spread over Nigeria. All we need are foununctional foundaries, but the system will not permit that. It is politically expedient to buy a rail system from China and sit back and laze off to get the credit.

Wish Nigeria the best.

Photos taken on May 23 show the Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge on the south bank in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province. The bridge stretches in the air, looking like "a ladder to heaven".

When will Nigeria get to this level?

Quota system was put in place to check abuse of position in Nigeria. Yet, people still abuse their position when it comes employment opportunities in Nigeria, no regard for quota system, no regard for competency.

Majority of the assurance it will not crash is it wasn't built in Nigeria by Nigerians so you can be sure that substandard wasn't in the equation.
