Nokia 5.1 plus is better in everyway I could possibly think of, no contest here. Don't be fooled by the current price of the Nokia 5.1 plus, this is a phone sold at #70k at a time. Although the Nokia 4.2 is a very good device too and more recent, a 2019 device while Nokia 5.1 plus is an older 2018 device

It comes with all the normal complete accessories a phone usually comes with (including earphones)
I've not updated to android 10 yet because the update was retrieve 2 days later. Those that did had little to no complains. But I've gotten the update file from the Nokia community and if you need it, ask me for it.
You can also chat Nokia care for it as one of our brother had proven above.

Though, when I launched mine, it was already in android 9. Who knows yours may be already running Android 10. lol
