Yes, the lady could be arrested too....

Section 388 of the Penal code talk about adultery by a woman, while section 387 talk about adultery by a man.

But, you should know that all law enforcements are subject to the discretion of the arresting agency. If two friends are driving over the speed limit and only was arrested and prosecuted, saying that the other person should have been arrested is not a good defense and the Judge will throw that argument out, unless you want to proof that, you were unlawfully targeted, which is a very tall order, especially when it was evident that you committed the offense.

1. The lady is married
2. The guy had sex or attempted to have sex with her.

If the lady was forced, that is another criminal offense called rape, it means the guy will be put away for a very very long time.

I noticed the same thing. I don't think the two videos are related. The second video though is authentic. They are ibo men there and one was pleading to the other. One translator said that the adulterous man did the same thing to a fellow tenant and a friend's wife till the marriage collapsed.
