Glowing lines

step 1: Use the path tool to draw your lines.
step 2: set the brush size to suit the size of the glow and make it a soft brush.
step 3: using any of the pen tools right click on the path and choose stroke path
step 4: click on the drop down menu and choose brush and if you like click on the simulate brush pressure
step 5: go to layer > layer styles > outer glow

and voila! you have your line glow
