For as long as I can recall, TLF has had the privilege of re-distributing "The Word For Today" by Bob Gass, UCB Africa and Grace So Amazing Foundation with the help of Victor Eguare of Heart for the Young Foundation, Dr Mrs Ogunmefun and family, and Victor Tunde, among others.
Now just take a look at yesterday's (June 11th) message!
On Mondays at our centre we offer Group Circle meetings for people to share, talk and learn. We want people to draw strength from God in hearing about the struggles and successes of others.
That's why I love hearing undiluted testimonies.
You can imagine how full my ears have become.
But I set myself free knowing I'm not the one taking on any body's burden or bearing the solutions.
Jesus says in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labour and have been burdened, and I will refresh you.
We don't all need a Foundation to do what God created us to achieve.
In our own unique ways at home, in the market, office, class or that online platform, we can inspire, motivate and encourage people in the love of God, so we can have a society that is sensible, sensitive and loving.
Hardly would we find any one presently who does not know someone who has committed suicide or slipped into depression. We can't reason it out or show superiority responses or pseudo strength to such situations. Many victims never knew they would be there.
Let's join hands and rid the world of ...
