This strikes a big blow in the hearts of feminist, on one hand, Govt. is trying to encourage mothers bonding with thier child, but if u take a deeper look at it, it shows the productivity of a woman is not as crucial compared to men. Govt can never think of giving that concessions to men for 'father bonding', the economy will be impacted seriously

You would have made sense if all the women occupied a certian position or functioned in selected offices.
