Amethyst Hall has 134 unique Bedspaces and 24hrs premium services. A 40 plus seater restaurant and 20 plus Reader's seats. It is fitted with Air conditioning systems and only requires a student to resume with luggage.

2) American University Of Nigeria, Yola.

Aisha Kande Hall

The rooms are very conducive as they meet all the necessary requirements the students need to comfortably live a fulfilled academic life. Each room consists of medium sized bed, bed side lamp positioned at the bed, an air conditioner, a reading table and four adequately shelved wardrobes each with its key. In the room, there is also a well standard bathroom with curtain enclosed shower, sink and mirror, water closet toilet system and water heater which provides hot water at all times.

There is no way I will be living in any of these hostels wey I no go sabi book.

3. Covenant University, Ota.


Postgraduate Hall


This CU hall houses a total number of 540 PG students. Each room is occupied by two students and is connected to a personal card key for the occupants. Each room is fitted with air conditioning and water heating systems and is alongside the University connected to an Independent Power Plant which ensures 24 hours electricity supply. The female and male parts of the hall has the second biggest cafeteria in the entire university right in the middle.

Students are housed in either one-person, or two-person per rooms hostel accommodation. The cost will depend on the number of students sharing, and the nature of the facilities. Each room is provided with study desks and reading lamps to ensure that students have comfortable spaces while focusing on their studies. They're all beautiful. But maintainance is the key.
If a public university should replicate these, within 2 years, it will be unrecognizable.
No maintainance culture from the students. Instead they will sell the AC's, break up the tiles, destroy the washrooms and toilets, and desecrate the walls with meaningless scribbling.

Wow! I can vividly remember that room on the Aisha Kande Hall. I lived there before. Op, is the security man called Bobby still working there? I used to send him on errands and he enjoys the tips that i give him too.

In an average public school, u will have ten to fifteen students in a room meant for 2-3

Person go sleep ontop another person head, another one go position nyansh for another person face,...

It should cost govt nothing to replicate even better facilities for govt universities. Especially state govt that usually have singular universities.
By the way these hostels above qualify to be called HOTELS. The setting of that amethyst hall is dope, the aesthetics of that Aisha hall is mad, the lightening of that covenant hall is crazy. See how baze too is sparkling They are indeed cool. And with this I see no reason why people are rushing to Benin Republic or Ghana to study..
