Securely jack up the drive wheels (two front or back, if it is an All wheel drive car, the four wheels) and put car on drive then reverse. Report your findings. EngRichie Automobile Help Desk 08030420562. |

Pipedreams:  OP, do as advised above. You may also disconnect the solenoid wires and test before raising the wheels. |

supaflex: Location of this car. Also what previous job was done on it. You might have to be dealing with a sludge problem here, variable valve timing intelligence. What brand of oil have you been using as well? As for p1760. Solenoid is located inside the transmission |
