MY ADVISE IS THAT YOU START WITH THE LOCAL ONE AND EXPAND WHEN YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THE BUSINES, THE TARGET MARKET FOR ME ALL SEASON ARE FISH SELLERS AND DRINK SELLERS AND YOU CAN MAKE UP TO 10,000 NAIRA DAILY WITH TWO LOCAL MACHINES AND AT LEAST A 17.5 KVA GENERATOR AND A TWIN FREEZER FOR STORAGE,

But it is seasonal. it sells more in the hot seasons of the year than in the rainy season.
It also depends on the number of competitors in an area and the number of target customers there
the selling price also is determined by the location.
The local machines to the best of my knowledge are not reliable. the imported ones are better for the business but more expensive
For the local ones to freeze will take about 12 hrs and require at least a 15kva generator which gulps about 2 litres of diesel per hour
the imported ones can freeze within 2-6 hours but more expensive to purchase.
So do a marketing survey and have a business plan before you start the business
