you are a fool and you will call yourself a graduate...you don't know that you cant give what you dont have..the problem of power in Nigeria is generation now distribution but your hate for the government always block your brain..if your enemy is doing fine and you cant congratulate him you just need to mute shikena

Shaaaaaaraaaaap dia!!!!

You know nothing about power with this assertion. Generation is very easy to fix with little technical know how. Just get the right Mechanical engineers to ensure that turbine bearings and alignment are always oiled and properly aligned respectively for optimal performance. At generating stations what you have is basically a collection of mechanics who just adjust turbine speeds, check gear ratio connected to the alternator, shikena. In Hydro-thermal or strictly gas-turbines they ensure that the boiler or heated gases attain superheated temperatures and prevent leaks(plumbing)

Transmission is where the Electrical troubles begin.
One, we are still using the same grid infrastructure of the 60's. I was a child when i learnt that the grid was centered in Osun State and over 30years, the Grid is still centralized in Osun State, talk about zero development.
Calculation of voltage drop to the last mile, the need for Step-up Xformers, High tension Sag coefficient and corresponding Pylon strength, cable strength test and newer cable routes planning and installation, Porcelain Insulation/breakdown strength and protective switch gear(lightning Arrestors, re-closers, CT and PT, surge protectors etc). All these are very expensive and our corrupt govt would never spend money to better the lot of the masses.

Distribution
This is where the corruption dwells. Private companies owned by cabals have refused to collect adequate generated MW from Gencos. They prefer estimated billing on consumers. As it Stands we have an installed Capacity of 7000MW but Usable capacity is still around 3000MW.
Reasons:
1.) Current Grid capacity built when Kainji Dam was supreme cannot accommodate 7000MW.
2.) A lot of losses due to an outdated distribution network means A Disco would not collect 2000MW from the GENCOs only for 1200MW to be lost or converted to heating of old cables, old transformers, blowing up of fuses, Welders and people like you tapping light from poles, arcing of 33/11KV lines everytime small rain falls etc.

So we do not hate the government. The government hates us but uses COWS like you to try to deceive us

I know they started from somewhere but can't we move at a faster rate. We have been using dam for long. By what you are saying,it means maybe next 40 years before we start using waste to generate light. By then,America and others will be using great ones while we are still behind. Buhari is trying but his ministers are not thinking like people who wants to make something others have not done. Let's be the first to invent something that America will copy from us.

Why didn't you ask the previous government to speed up Nigeria's development? Instead they sped up looting of the nation's resources for 16 good years and you are here today pouring the blame on this young government of just 3 years.

The rate of uncompleted projects in this Country is alarming. Most Government do not want to complete the projects their predecessors left, for the fear of being criticized by unpatriotic Parsons like you.

If Buhari's Government will concentrate on completing all the uncompleted projects he met, the impact will be felt and Nigerians are going to benefit immensely.
Note, Government is a continuous process, Presidents will come and go but, the Government stays.

Receive SENSE.
At least you are truthful that he didn't start, complete or commission any project.

It means PDP are not that really bad.

“Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it

-(George Santayana-1905)

We can not and won't forget what brought us down to our knees and the sacrifices we are making to get up, to save Nigeria and progress and develop.

Remembering the past is what keeps us moving, it's the reason why we are not repeating past mistakes, it's the reason why we are completing thousands of abandoned projects left behind by your crooked, corrupt and incompetent PDP uncles to better the lives of Nigerians.

If it hurts you so bad that we are not ready to forget all about the crooked, stealing and looting and incompetent PDP, do the needful.

Well, we are witnessing a lot of changes starting with the completion of many of the thousands of abandoned projects plus getting off the ground stagnated projects past administration left on the drawing board for decades.

Case in point, this Mambila power project, it was conceived decades ago and was totally ignored and left to rot on the drawing board, but today, we are set to get over 3000MW from this single power project and it's costing us just $5 billion, but 16 years of PDP and past administration spent or looted over $20 billion on power for less than 3000MW.

For the first time, Delta folks in Warri welcomed their very own rail system, a project that was started way back in 2087.

Lagos Ibadan rail system is full speed ahead.

Our major markets from Sabongeri to Ariara market in Aba are getting dedicated and non stop power supply, in fact the list is endless/

Obviously, we are changing things.

Seriously Pmb is working

He may not be 90% but baba is 75% ok as at time gone

God bless you Muhammadu Buhari
Dear mr sarki, i am an ardent supporter of pmb, and by God grace will vote for him in 2019. But this pic you are showing is the 700MW kashimbilla power project in the same taraba state as with the mambilla dam started way back under gej same time with zungeru hydro project in niger state. Kashimbilla dam is in takum lga while mambilla dam is in the mambilla plateau. As am talking to u today, there is no access road to the four project sites on the mambilla plateau, communities near the project sites have not been compansated and relocated, no land has been cleared for keeping construction equipment, just nothing is there. However i heard yesterday that heavy equipment has arrived nija for the mambilla dam. Did u hear it too? And how true is it. And if the contract has been signed since 2017, what are they now waiting for?

The economy is improving

Infrastructure is improving tho at a slow pace

Rail is improving

Buhari has not done much in education and health tho

Apart from the herdsmen issue he has been OK for me

I agree with you!

The emboldened though would ruin him if he does not nip it in the bud like he did IPOB (silencing IPOB so effectively makes his weakness against his Fulani 'kinsherdsmen' issue a big liability).
