we are always vulnerable to the disease. I may be very careful but how about my partner, friends and family.
one can contact it with 6 months intervals. It's better that way.

Nice awareness but pls inform people wisely and stop scarring people who already have it by saying is x100 more deadly than HIV.
All viral infections are deadly however, HBV will not kill u if u observe all medical advice from ur doctor. In fact u might not even need to swallow a drug and it will clear in its own or u leave with it all ur life without endangering ur health.
My advice is go get tested, get vaccinated but if u have already, no big deal just drink plenty of neat water always, eat plenty vegetables and fruits, avoid oily foods and alcoholic drinks ur body might clear it but u must go to good hospital for treatment.
NOTE: the cost of tests for HBV is very expensive

Some scammers have already started dropping links for fake herbal cures. Thw biggest mistake anybody can make is to allow ignorant NL doctors scare you with exaggerations. If you have any kind of disease, just go to a good hospital and see a DOCTOR. do not come to NL and start asking questions from different manner of funny people especially scammers who are looking preys. Even malaria and typhoid can be deadly. Live a healthy life and go for check up regularly if you can afford it.

We are all going to die someday. Some people have died of ordinary headache, some accident, some gunshot and other minor things. Every day you spend on this earth is deadly and always remember nobody is promised tomorrow. Whatever you do, don't get scammed.

During our parents time, they don't know anything about this illness and they lived more than 100yrs but our own generation na so so big big sickness names we dey read everyday.

God help us.
I think its associated with their diet, they ate good food, less chemicals so they had strong immune system, real strong ones and as u you know, sometimes what you no won't kill you(tho its not as if they dint died from it,but they never knew it was HBV)...my tenet tho
I worked on HBV as my project work in my last year in school back den(don't ask me which school, cuz its oxford university of Nigeria OUN #winks

I got tested positive during a job medicals in 2014.The battle to survive started and I had to quickly get my wife screened and fortunately for me she was negative, mind u my daughter got vaccine right from her birth.
I visited my family doctor and he directed me to one viral hepatitis hospital in Ibadan,
I got to know that the doctor comes one in a month during my first visit.I was able to see the doctor during my second visit after they have done their own test confirming I was really positive. I saw the doctor and I was place on some anti viral drug and supplements that run to like 30K monthly. I did my first viral load in 2014 and I was made to know the count was 3M.
I continue the usage of the drug as prescribe by the doctor. I did another viral load in 2016,to my surprise the load count has dropped to 9700. I was happy and continue with the drug. Note that I missed some months because of money oooo. I did another viral load last year June or so and the result shows undetected. The doctor has changed the drug to only supplements from anti viral drug and supplements since result came undetected. I pray my next viral load result frees me finally from the virus. Note I made of my mind to fight the virus to a stand still and I am still doing that. I hope to share a good news soon. All the best to hepatitis B positive in the house and I urge u to start the fight early. Thanks.

The test was around 3K then but now I think it is around 5K. But the viral load is a bit expensive, the last one I did last year was 40K
I have been on drug since August 2014.and still on supplements now

I bet it's treatable. When u have Hepatitis B, make sure u always drink enough water most especially 75cl first in the morning. Keep away from eating groundnuts and use Stone breaker for good min of 3 months. Go for test by 6 months after. I bet you will be tested negative.
I deliberately mentioned what u will need because there is this notion that no cure for it.
We have pure stone breaker if you want and if you can make it do so.
Call for any guidance on this.

What is a stone breaker?

For those in Abuja, I ran that test this week, it was 600 for each, that is hapatitis B and Hapatitis C, making it 1200, thou I was negative, but the doctor asked me to get myself immunised, which was 2000k per injection consecutively for 3months,but I went to Kubwa General hospital, where I was able to be immunised for 500, I hope this information help those within the federal capital. sad
