Na dem go beg to settle when they don reason legal fees, transport fees plus adjournment dates wey no dey ever finish for nigerian courts.

In this age of social media? In this time when each bank is trying all it takes to retain that one customer? There is more to this story.

Thanks for reasoning like a human being. It's my first time hearing such nonsense that a stupid, dubious and buharistic manager, having unduly exploited the customers, ordered for their molestations no matter the nature of words used. I pray they won't just end the matter like that.

Now, telecom customer care reps should be praised then.. Because the type of insults these agents get on daily bases with stupid salary no be here.. I once worked there..

Dey there, if these guys have sense they can sue the hell out of that bank for harassment. Businesses like that don't like this kind of exposure.

This bank manager need to learn from npower social media personnel!! You insult them; they would still apologise to you!!

I suspect they are thieves. Maybe they were caught doing those ATM scams within the premises. Or a staff who stole money from the bank.

No manager will order the beating of a customer for insulting the bank. That can never happen. Even the onlooking customers will never agree and they sure as hell won't beat a customer in the full glare of the public.

The kind of training this bankers undergo wont allow that happen unless the manager went completely psycho, as in has mental health issues. Highest they will be escorted out of the bank and the police called on them if the worst comes to the worst.

Let's hear from the Bank's side too before jumping into conclusion. Some customers too can be very unruly.

It's part of the "this is Nigeria " spirit, anyone can jst wake up nd take laws into their hands

Many customers of the Fidelity Bank at Kola bus stop, Lagos, were shocked, yesterday, after the branch manager ordered the security guards to beat up two aggrieved customers for daring to complain about the poor service rendered to them.

According to one Olumide, who witnessed the incident, the customers were at the bank to lodge a complaint after the bank’s ATM failed to dispense cash to them and they were debited. .

He alleged that in the course of their rant, they insulted the bank over the manner in which the issue was being handled. The insult was said to have angered the manager who ordered their beating within the bank premises.

Nigerian Bank Managers are very self-centered, arrogant & disdain penguins !!!
They behave like demi-gods that should be worshiped and don't respect any body
