Hello there, Welcome to the Family. Staying fit is what so many people desire but it's not easy to come by. Here, we are going to help each other keep fit and stay fit. Yeah, doing it alone aint easy but Together, online, we can. Our activities are going to be mainly CARDIO (Running, cycling, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc) but if you have gym equipments in your backyard that you can combine, its no problem. As time goes on, we'll add other types of exercises. This is for starters. There are basically no serious Rules, this will be more like an advice; *1. Eating after 6pm ain't easy as most people close very late from work. To stay fit, let your dinner be in small portions* *2. Drink enough water* *3. Eat more Fruits and Vegetables* *4. Reduce intake of sugar and carbonated drinks* The Daily Exercise(s) posted should be done for at least 30mins-1hr. Nothing short of 30mins so as to get good results. Morning and Night only Yeah, you may ask what's the point in all of this when i can just use a workout app in my Phone and get going. well, the idea here is just to keep each other motivated, socialize, meet new people, share ideas and have fun while exercising(online of course). You can as well post pics and the results of your daily workouts/ routine for extra motivation Secondly, Exercises are not for Jobless people. As you're hustling to get your 6cars, you can also have your 6pacs ideas, suggestions and opinions are welcomed. We Commence tomorrow. Have a Nice day. |

*Day 1* (Morning Session. between 5:30am-8am) 1) 100 pushups (You don't have to do 100 at once but let it reach the 100goal mark. break it down into sets, rest a while then continue. But if you can do 100 at once, no problem.) 2) 15 sit ups 3) 5 crunches 4) 5 leg raises 5) 30 secs plank #Eat fruits #Drink enough water #No meals after 6pm. Smaller portions if you must. My exercise App i installed in my phone was a waste (deleted already) Thou i did some sit up, push up, squat ,I had to stop cause no motivation.. 2 Likes 1 Share |
