Recently, I made an order from gearbest which I was informed it was shipped on the third day and a tracking no was sent to me. Hitherto, the tracking shows "ready for shipping " after 17 days of making order through Netherlands airmail. I am seriously disappointed as a first timer on that platform.I contacted their support base customer care, yet no tangible result.? Has anybody this experience

You people should stop buying things from all this useless overseas store that won't make shipping to Nigeria using express delivery. I rather stick to Jumia 1 Like |

@OP, relax your order will get to you. Maybe when you order for that item, it was not in stock or pre-order stage that was why it was delayed. I have bought things more than 10 times from gearbest and they always deliver 15 business days. You'll receive your order bro. 1 Like |
