oneroflo57: You get the flavour more when it is blended. Then you can use those other bigger ones whole. They sell it separately. Apart from the fact that they taste nice, they also beautify the dish. |

There is no tomato in Efo Riro and you don’t blend the tatashe and the pepper to a paste. It has to be a little chunky with the onions. Don’t add ginger ooo, it takes away from the local flavor. You should have used Iru. |

dominique:yes, vegetables contain water - soluble minerals that are lost when washed it hot water, you would be left with chaf, and it's best to wash your vegetables before cutting, to ensure cleaner, sand free vegetables. Team #bachelorchef 1 Like |
