No. Lebanese adopt what is prevailing in the environment they find themselves while Nigeria creates the situation.

For instance, if Lebanese come to Nigeria and discovered that Nigerians give/take bribe, the Lebanese will raise bribery to another level. But if Nigerians report to a location with no culture of bribery, they'll create it. Meanwhile same Lebanese will go to UK and imbibe ethical standards
