Is it on Playstore ? Is the app official ? Never heard of it
Thanks
Okay, I know more now. Thank you
Seems the quarty keyboard came after zenith mobileapp updated itself....I then saw a pop up to choose any keyboard. So I selected the zenith's and hola... First thing I did was to transfer 1k to another of my account as a test, then I recharged my line also. Since then thats what I always use to make transactions.

access bank is pretty cool. i use it in my paypoint day in day out no glitch.

I have no idea what people in this thread are talking about. Access has one of the best mobile banking services in Nigeria. Transfers are instant, and I never get any issues. Also one of the first banks to integrate fingerprint support in their app.

I think those saying otherwise don't actually use the app.

EDIT: I just registered on the Whatsapp thing. It's rather limited right now. These are the only available features:

Send [1] Update Profile
Send [2] Open Account (New )
Send [3] Check BVN
Send [4] Balance Enquiry
Send [5] Payday Loan
Send [6] Opt-Out
NB: Respond with [Cancel], [C], [Exit] to go back to the Main Menu.

So, not as useful as the app at all.

Slide three fingers down your screen from top to bottom to take a screenshot.

You won't believe I tried what you said even with 10fingers. ..haha.
I remember this three finger working on some android phones but never tried on the note until now.
Normally I use the Spen to do whatever I want with the screen but since the kids misplaced it few days ago, I am pretty much stuck until I learn new ways of download an app or replace the pen.

Accessbank is the worst when it's mobile transfer on your phone.
It requires a lot of luck to get through with you trying many times.
I think the management of Access Bank should do something about this problem rather than opening another platform that will not function well again.
I disagree with u totally

They are one of the best

Access bank is a very useless bank. Worst customer service and they will. Just keep deducting your money till it finishes

Nigeria banks need to focus more on banking security than all these rubbish packages they are releasing.
The banks network security are as porous as a basket. They need to convince the public on how safe online banking is.

All these Nigerian banks with their porous convenient banking platforms. What is the security on this system. Access Bank needs to tell her customers the security in this system first, before launching a porous system like 737 of GTB.

Thank you. They just keep rolling out porous platforms without thinking of the security of their customers funds.

Why are you speaking out of ignorance? Have you even tried the service? If you have you would have known that basically this is an enquiry and account opening service. There is no functionality for debits to any account.

So please don't just rush to write whatever comes to mind without checking first .

Banking today is all about convenience and accessibility that is why various platforms are being made accessible.

Does this fix their highly unreliable Internet Banking services that requires luck to go through?

If it doesn't then they can stick their WhatsApp service up their asses.

If Nigerian banking is today all about convenience and accessibiliy, then I can as well keep my money with me in my house or move it around with me.

The first reason I need a bank is SECURITY. Then convenience and accessibiliy can follow.

Is moving around with your money or storing same at home secure?

How many times have funds been stolen from your account and your entire circle of friends?
