Accessbank is the worst when it's mobile transfer on your phone.
It requires a lot of luck to get through with you trying many times.
I think the management of Access Bank should do something about this problem rather than opening another platform that will not function well again.
try union bank transfer. that one will show you failed, but debit you thirty minutes later when you have paid the seller cash and boarded your flight

Does this fix their highly unreliable Internet Banking services that requires luck to go through?

If it doesn't then they can stick their WhatsApp service up their asses.

This gives you an option to use instead of the Internet Banking Services you are complaining about.

I have no idea what people in this thread are talking about. Access has one of the best mobile banking services in Nigeria. Transfers are instant, and I never get any issues. Also one of the first banks to integrate fingerprint support in their app.

I think those saying otherwise don't actually use the app.

EDIT: I just registered on the Whatsapp thing. It's rather limited right now. These are the only available features:

Send [1] Update Profile
Send [2] Open Account (New )
Send [3] Check BVN
Send [4] Balance Enquiry
Send [5] Payday Loan
Send [6] Opt-Out
NB: Respond with [Cancel], [C], [Exit] to go back to the Main Menu.

So, not as useful as the app at all.
i use Abt five banks app on my phone. Access is still the best of Dem all. Even wen i had issues dey resolve it on time unlike there counterpart. No mind those criticizing it.
