I know this tread/post may look unpleasant to some, but alas, if you read to the end, you will never regret you did.


Creating a business model that will work is key for every entrepreneur. But most times, our models or strategy if you permit me to use fails due to lack of visible, though unavoidable principles of making a business sell better, faster and soar higher, no matter what.

Over the years, results from different surveys has shown all over the world that, businesses that advertise more often have 80% chances of getting new customers daily while those who does little advert gets 15% increase in sales or service. However, businesses that doesn't subscribe to advert at all, would like share between 5% to 0%. Hence, the later may go moribund in no time, due to low frequency in advertisement.

The likes of Coca cola, Pepsi, Airtel Nigeria, mtn Nigeria, globacom, zenith bank, Gtbank, First Bank, UBA, Diamond bank and many big-wig companies you see today are living examples. They satrted with very tiny idea & now, it has metamophosed into great conglomerates. Most of them are now declaring huge profits after tax, despite involving in many CSR.

Note however, there are few career that are not permitted to do advert or seldom fashion advert and still sell. The likes of accounting firms, Law firms, hospitals etc don't normally subscribe to doing advert, except the launching of new facilities. But as a micro, small or medium company as you are today, consistent advert can lead you to the way up tommorow. No bareers can stop your daily customer/traget audience with great advert video or jingle. Did you say money can hidder you? Yes, maybe at times your budget in a year for advert has been exusted before half of the year, but that is where you have to cut your cloth according to your cloth.
