Where are the 10 million Nigerians moved out of poverty? How did Nigeria overtake india as country with highest number of poor in the world? It’s a shame what grown men open their mouths to spew
and it is even more disgusting how some people would believe this and shout carry on!!

out of poverty? with mouths??
More Nigerians have been committing suicide, more children are out of school, more parents can't afford to pay for education, more youth are out of jobs, more have become homeless, more people can not access quality healthcare, more filth lying around town, more roads are badly damaged, trailers and tankers are permanently stationed on Apapa- Oshodi expressway trying to get The Port in Lagos, Value for lives is at -0, more state projects have been abandoned, more looting of funds, more people are struggling to relocate due to the low quality of life etc...

The list is inexhaustible...

contigiency:

School feeding has a great multiplier effects. people are employed to do the cooking and they are paid promptly. You can imagine what it takes to take the job of cooking for one school. Multiply the number of school involved with number of women who have been gainfully employed for the scheme in the whole country. That is just for the direct job. For the indirect ones, do you know that the policy of the scheme is that you do not cook foreign food, rice for instance. You must patronize local farmers. Are you aware that Nasco biscuit was selected for almost all the biscuits that being used in the scheme? the implication is that the company will expand and employ more workers.

As for the 5000 you talked about, I can understand that you may be among the rich in the society, that could be why you questioned the capable impact of the amount. But I can confirm to you that it brought a lot of families out from certain poverty level.
D discussion isn't about me, whether am among d rich or not, so pls don't make this personal. Address d issues with facts.

According 2d UN, anyone living below $1.25 which equals N450 per day is poor. N5000 per month divided by 30days gives u N166 per day for one person which is lower than d UN threshold 4 measuring poverty. If N5000 cannot guarantee a person living above d UN poverty threshold, then how can N5000 bring "a lot of families out of poverty"?

Second, d world bank explains poverty this way:

"Fundamentally, poverty is the inability of having choices and opportunities, a violation of human dignity. It means lack of basic capacity to participate effectively in society. It means not having enough to feed and clothe a family, not having a school or clinic to go to, not having the land on which to grow one's food or a job to earn one's living, not having access to credit. It means insecurity, powerlessness and exclusion of individuals, households and communities. It means susceptibility to violence, and it often implies living in marginal or fragile environments, without access to clean water or sanitation

If this is what poverty, question u should b answering is how did d N5,000 a month enable d recipients overcome these issues?

2d issue of school feeding, I had once seen d quality of d food being 2 school children&its a shame. Many had argued with me that's its a good programme until a news report surfaced that vindicated me. Vendors responsible 4 programme are paid N50 to provide a meal per child. Pls what kind of food can u prepare with N50 4a child. Its even worse cos they prepare d meals @ N35 per plate. Even at that d vendors say they aren't still making gain cos they have to supplement d meals from their N15 profit.

Some called this claims from Udoma fallacy or lies or shame or retrogress or cheating or right while I see it as direct slavery...but this government does not mean well for us. I am sad to tell this forum that i am one of the 15 million people that lose their jobs due to the hardship they brought on us...had I known I did not vote for them
