Daviddson:
There are different types of milk - full cream milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk and skimmed milk, etc. Even Peak Milk been produced here in Nigeria have these varieties - it's up to you to choose the one you want. This is an unnecessary anti-West vibes coming from this man.
It seems you know a lot about milk. So pls advice us which one is the best to choose?

Born2Breed:
Full cream is not even advisable for full grown adults.
Filled milk also contains fat.

The saturated fat in whole milk (full cream) doesn't mean adults, or at least adults with the right genes, can't enjoy it. The best is to keep an eye on the level of unhealthy foods in diet overall. This is a much more productive strategy than simply avoiding certain foods as "bad." Adults who enjoy whole milk and are able to digest it can drink it occasionally as long as they make it part of a balanced diet, keeping a careful eye on their overall intake of saturated fats.

which of the full milk do u patronize
I prefer Peak or Coast (liquid). There are also Oldenburger, Real, Loya, etc. I don't like the taste of filled milk especially its liquid form.

I guess the problem doesn't lie in milk, but in the processes and addition of chemicals associated with industrial production.

This is a bulls-hit co-ck and bull story with no scientific backing.
Stories like this are the reason I hate using Facebook and are akin to the wild tales people type down and attach "Amen" at the end.
If this was true a lot of humanitarian services would have gathered in arms to expose it, most times willing to cripple the very governments participating actively in it.
