Yeah, some ideas, you need a special kind of pen called fountain pen, makes your strokes sharper.

Then you can search for cursive workbooks in PDF format, download and print. Next, practice practice practice until your hands fall off.

This hobby has a name, calligraphy.

The person no get work o....cos there is no way someone will write so smoothly without doing it very carefully & painstakingly. Try it in any exam e.g WAEC, NECO....even in the University. The person F9 no go fit fill Ghana must go Bag.

All alphabets repeated look exactly the same. No human can write this way. This has to be done by the use of a computer system

You are very on point........each alphabetic character is identical, even up to the level of ink pressure points, curves, depth etc.....
