Former Governor and aspirant, Gov. Akala released a press release this afternoon, criticizing present Governor Ajimobi for allegedly supporting another aspirant, Joseph Tegbe. In his press release, Akala described Tegbe as "one Joseph Tegbe", supposedly with a derogatory intent.

Many of Tegbe's supporters have since taken to different online platforms to use the hashtag #OneJosephTegbe, to further preach the aspirants qualities, qualities they believe gives the KPMG partner an edge. The hashtag had since started trending on social media.
