Let's be reasonable, Lagos already had a framework that will ensure it's success, all they needed was a an average visionary leader, then came in Tinubu...look at my emphasis on average. Tinubu just said let's just use the framework to set Lagos on a trajectory. I like tinubu for this. The structures Lagos had in the 90s, PH, Kano, Calabar, Ibadan, Warri don't even have today..They enjoyed very much extended colonial and federal presence for over 50-60 years. Why hasn't such development been replicated in other SW state? While I must commend the Yorubas for their non entitlement mentality that hugely contributed to the development of Lagos, I must admit that the day we start practicing True Federalism, Lagos will have to find other ways to defend it's name because it will be a level playing field with other states |

Uchek: I will like to inform you that it's not only Biafra that has oil most sounthern state has,and for your information Biafra oil is just a cup where ondo oil is. Are you telling me that South West and South South won't have their own head quarter in their territories.its not a most for HQ to be in the host community.dont forget state are even divide by community talkless of ethnic group. My point as far we are still Nigeria HQ can be any where just make your people accommodating and have good infrastructure.thanks 2 Likes |
