Unfortunately these look like keloids. If it is, there is nothing u can do about them. Stop shaving and try to avoid injuries, that’s wat caused them .

My husband has even gone to a dermatologist and they started injecting it with steroids but nothing happened. Then Beard gang came and he quickly joined, problem solved.

I'm not trying to stop acne, rather I'm trying to reduce those keloid scar, esp the big one. what you see in those photos are scars not acne. I don't have acne anymore.

Buy turmeric powder (you can get it from India store), Shea butter or original honey or both, mix it together. With the powder taking a larger percentage. Wash it with warm water and soap every night and have a paste of the mixture on that spot before you sleep at night.

I would have advise you to meet one of my younger brother but he is not on Nairaland. He was having a lot of pimples and similar thing like this on his face some few years ago ago, but right now all what I see is just the scares. I don't know how he managed to get rid of them

Not sure. ..but is it something that runs in your family? How long did it start? The cause may be an allergy. You have to think back at the time it began to show. .... did you start using a cream/lotion?...start eating something you never did before? ...tried some drugs? Go for about two weeks without using any cream period...see if any changes. Somebody suggested using honey....raw honey....one direct from the hive. ..not the fancy stuff from the supermarket....raw honey helps in many duch cases. Also try slicing cucumber and rub on the area...lemon/lime also helps.
Stay away from any pharmacy... but as soon as possible...go to a teaching hospital if you can afford it.

There is a mobile dermatologist who specialises in this kind of cases even worst cases. He sells in Bayelsa State, he is a well known person in Yenagoa

this looks like shaving bumps to me,if you shave with a Gillette or shaving powder, then whats under that bump is your hair,it's called in-growth.look for the hair pore on each of them and pluck out (not pull) the hair.if its not due to shaving,then see a doctor

buy like 20 lime, slice and squeeze the juice inside a pot then heat it until it starts to boil, then let it cool ,then pour it inside a container or bottle and apply it twice daily... the results might be slow but in two weeks you will see positive results by God's grace

I love swimming, I drink water a lot, I bath thrice a day and I also wash my face multiple times a day.
