It looks like shingles. Herpes simplex outbreak. Try and see your doctor. Its underlying cause is a very serious problem if you ignore it. They have to exclude it first.

Bro, visit a good hospital for a Kenalog injection. According to the person who recommended it to me when I treated mine "it should be taken under the supervision of a medical doctor". The one I took in Jos, the doctor/pharmacist was injecting me in the buttocks. I couldn't see any effect. Later when I traveled back home, I visited another hospital where I was given the injection at the very spot. The keloid varnished within a week. But the injection is very painful. The one at my nose area hasn't totally gone because I couldn't go back due to the pains.

Have the dermatologist prescribe some broad spectrum antibiotics.

At night, grind some pure aspirin tablets mix with water and put the paste on your face to dry it out. Wash off after 20minutes and don't put any lotion/cream/ointment on your face after.

Avoid oil-based lotion or cream especially ones that contain lanolin. They clog your pores and make things worse.eg. Vaseline.

OP, I beg you in the name of whatever you believe in. Don't EVER joke with this poster's advice. Wanking seems cool to a lot of people, but the consequences are much deadlier in the long run when compared to the illusion or thrills of pleasure it gives. Mind you, I am not a religious person. you need to understand your skin type first of all note that if you have irritative skin or oily skin and you don't shave every tao days or three days then you will be inviting problem some skin type are kept from this by regular shaving then avoid Vaseline and other oily creams
