GEJ also had the benefit of oil at $100 and above from 2011-14.

Bubu had oil at $75 when he took over, $30 by 2016 and $80 now. And he had to rebuild the savings that were almost gone under GEJ.

Bubu is not a good leader. He should have removed subsidies and taken loans specific for power. But he was operating under an oil shock. Which GEJ would have been under if he were still in power

We should focus on bringing down cost of transportation by reducing fuel price and things will even be cheaper, making govt focus on education and health care should be their priority. Salary increment is a temporary palliative, prices will increase with it
